THE WAVE RESET

A 3 MONTH PROGRAM THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

Over the course of 3 months you will transform your body and mind and you will learn how to make meaningful and LASTING changes to your health.You will learn how to ride the WAVE and go with the FLOW of LIFE. This program will NOT be easy because it will require you to make changes to what you eat, how you live and how you think. We all know that lifestyle changes are hard, but in working with hundreds of clients I can tell you  that you need to change your HABITS if you want to permanently alter your health.

Unfortunately, I only have a LIMITED number of spaces due to the level of commitment I make to each client. 

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

  • For people who no longer look and feel the way they want.
  • Someone who values quantitative data including blood analysis.
  • For people who have tried everything but failed to see any meaningful results.
  • For people who feel like they have bottomed out.
  • For people that feel stuck in life.
  • For people who are always tired.
  • For people that are frustrated from the answers they receive from doctors.
  • For people that are overwhelmed by the amount of health information out there and don’t know where to start.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR?

  • Someone only looking for a weight loss or fat loss program.
  • Someone only looking to lose a few pounds.
  • Someone who only wants a meal plan to follow.
  • Someone who just wants to count calories.
  • Someone who is not ready to address the mental/emotional layer of health.

WAIT, I AM NOT GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT ON THIS PROGRAM? 
You probably WILL lose weight during this program, but it is not the goal. Programs focused on weight loss often bring about temporary results and routinely break your metabolism through calorie restriction and depriving the body of key nutrients. They also fail to address the mental layer of health, which is what tends to drive an unhealthy relationship with food and other addictions that are sabotaging your health.

WAIT, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME  A MEAL PLAN? 
Following a meal plan doesn't teach you how to eat, it teaches you how to follow a meal plan and often leads to a mechanical and boring approach to eating. It also routinely becomes a dependency. Eating should be FUN and it can be if you learn how to eat right for YOU. Unfortunately, I can’t be with you all the time, so I need to change how you think about food. Only then can you make your own educated decisions when I am not with you.

DO YOU DIAGNOSE OR TREAT SPECIFIC HEALTH CONDITIONS?

I am NOT a doctor and so I do not diagnose or treat any specific health conditions. My goal is to help you identify where you body and mind are out of balance and teach you what tools you can use to restore balance. My recommendations are centered around nutrition, exercise, supplementation and lifestyle factors. I also routinely work with and refer out to highly skilled health professionals - healers, doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, lyme specialists, etc, if necessary.  That being said, I have worked with people with the following headline health issues (to name a few).

  • Digestive Disorders
  • Hormonal Imbalances
  • Inflammatory Conditions
  • Autoimmmune Disorders

MY APPROACH

I BLEND A QUANTITATIVE, QUALITATIVE AND ENERGETIC APPROACH:

QUANTITATIVE - In a former life I worked in a highly analytical role at an investment management firm. I still like numbers and enjoy being able to use different analytics to educate my clients about the changes they should consider implementing. I also LOVE being able to assess and chart progress with numbers. My mentor Paul Chek taught me that "if you are not assessing you are guessing”. To do this I use an advanced form of blood work analysis that looks at the correlations between a wide array of blood markers. You may have been told that your vitamin d levels are “low" or your cholesterol is “high.” Those statements  mean nothing unless you put them in the context of a much broader blood workup and unless you evaluate the individual (see next point).

QUALITATIVE - Coaching people to make health changes is an art because it requires that you address the individual. We all know the friend who did great on “Program X" and so you tried it and it didn’t work for you. Why? That is because we all have different requirements when it comes to health and nutrition. This is fueled by our genetics, lifestyle and life experiences. We are all so VERY different. If there was a simple formula for getting healthy there wouldn’t be thousands of books on the topic. My experience in working with hundreds of clients has enabled me to develop a customizable approach which takes into account YOUR specific needs.  

ENERGETIC - The human body is an energetic system and needs to be viewed as such. This is directly related to the fact that medical tests like an EKG and EEG are able to measure heart and brain activity, respectively. This is also why acupuncture has become more widely recognized as a healing tool. While I don’t use the above techniques, I have developed my own method for working with the human energy system and I utilize this method as a complement to the first two layers. Often, blockages may fail to present themselves in the first layers and so this is a critical component to the program. It also helps get to the root of emotional and mental factors preventing the body from healing.
