Terms and Conditions

Thanks you for signing up for the retreat. Please read through the terms and conditions below and complete the form at the bottom.

PAYMENT POLICY
After we have received a confirmation from you about securing your space in the retreat, a courtesy hold allows one week to send your initial deposit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining payment can be made at anytime, but MUST be made by March 15th, 2025.

CANCELLATION POLICY
(Definitions SLVRBK LLC, dba Healwithout)
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Travel Cancellation Insurance
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance through your travel agent, or visit the following web site to compare insurers: www.worldnomads.com. We also encourage you to include flight insurance when booking your flights.

Guest Cancellation Policy
Healwithout does not offer cash/check or credit card refunds for any reason and we do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

Healwithout Retreat Cancellation Policy
If Healwithout must cancel or change a scheduled retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement. Healwithout is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

LIABILITY STATEMENT
(Definitions SLVRBK LLC, dba Healwithout)
I (name stated in the name box below), a participant in a program organized and conducted by SLVRBK LLC, my heirs, legal representatives, representatives or any other third party who has standing to make claims on my behalf hereby release any and all present or future claims that I may have against SLVRBK LLC, its owners, officers, or employees from any and all liability that they may presently have or in the future may have arising out of their ownership or employment by SLVRBK LLC and my participation in a SLVRBK LLC program. This release shall include but not be limited to any and all liability that SLVRBK LLC may incur as a result of traveling to and from a SLVRBK LLC program as well as any claims for negligence, travel, injury, illness, death or dismemberment that may arise as a result of traveling to or participating in any SLVRBK LLC program. SLVRBK LLC does not make any warranties or representation concerning travel or other arrangements made by SLVRBK LLC on my behalf. I further understand and I am fully aware of the risks involved with participating in Qigong and energy healing classes offered by SLVRBK LLC and I assume that risk. I have been informed by SLVRBK LLC that I may wish to consult a physician prior to my participation in this program, and SLVRBK LLC or any of its owners, employees or agents are not responsible for any physical injury or damage, known or unknown, I may suffer as a result of my participation in this program.
