HOW TO DEPROGRAM YOUR MIND WITH O.U.T

Over a period of 10 years I provided nutrition and health coaching services to many people. During the first few years I was shocked when people wouldn't listen to my recommendations when they were paying me quite a bit of money. At first I questioned my recommendations, but candidly, my coaching was mostly spot on. What was missing? I realized that people make decisions based on their programming. Your programming comes from your life experiences and all that has happened to you and around you. This includes how your parents/caretakers treated you, the environment you grew up in, the traumas that you experienced, the educators that you learned from, and more.
 
The clients that I was working with needed to be deprogrammed. They needed to free themselves from the past that was influencing their current state of being. They needed to see the story they were telling themselves about their lives and break free from it.
 
 I developed a way of addressing these deeper layers and helping people break free from their story. The process is called O.U.T and when you HEAL WITH O.U.T you will use a 3 step process:

  1. Organize the thoughts linked to a specific event or experience from your past.

  2. Understand the exact emotions linked to the specified event.

  3. Transmute the deeper emotional energies and re-write the story.

 
I started incorporating O.U.T with select clients and the results were astounding. As a result of this I have moved from a role where I coach people to a healthier lifestyle to one where I help them directly heal the things which are preventing them from experiencing optimal health and vitality. O.U.T is one of my primary tools for doing that.
 
While many healing practitioners now speak to the inner child,  the shadow and trauma, I have found limited approaches to transmuting negative programming. The what exists, but the how is rare. O.U.T is the how.
