WHO IS THIS FOR
Those who are ready to go a bit deeper with their Qigong practice and explore the body’s more subtle energetic architecture.
Practitioners with some experience will benefit most, though beginners with a sincere interest are absolutely welcome.
Anyone seeking community, connection, and shared growth within a supportive group setting.
The Eight Extraordinary Channels are the body’s deepest energetic pathways. Unlike the 12 Primary Meridians, which relate to specific organs and daily function, these channels act as reservoirs of Qi and regulate your constitutional energy.
They influence:
Core vitality
Hormonal and reproductive health
Structural alignment
Emotional stability
Spiritual development
You can think of them as the body’s energetic blueprint — the deeper rivers that support all other channels.
WEEK 1 – THE CENTRAL AXIS
Du Mai & Ren Mai
We begin with the front and back midline channels — the Conception and Governing Vessels. Together they form the Microcosmic Orbit and regulate Yin and Yang in the entire body.Focus:Balancing Yin & YangNervous system regulationStrengthening your energetic core
WEEK 2 - THE CORE RESERVOIR
Dai Mai & Chong Mai
The Chong Mai (Penetrating Vessel) moves through the center of the body and is known as the “Sea of Blood.”
The Dai Mai (Belt Vessel) wraps horizontally around the waist, stabilizing and integrating the vertical channels.
WEEK 3 - MOVEMENT AND POLARITY
Yang Qiao & Yin Qiao
These channels regulate movement, posture, and left-right balance. They also influence sleep and wake cycles.
WEEK 4 - INTEGRATION AND PROTECTION
Yang Wei & Yin Wei
These channels integrate and coordinate all the others. They help you process emotional experiences and strengthen your protective field (Wei Qi).
