This is a fun 25-minute practice that you can follow along with. The breathing is a gentle inhale through the nose and an exhale through the mouth. Keep the mouth slightly open and the jaw relaxed. Imagine yourself sinking into the earth, and try to bring the quality of effortless action into all of your movements.
